This site is exclusively prepared in accordance with the intention to develop and to intensify connections between Bhayangkara University (UBHARA) and its external communities abroad. Since its official establishment as a private university (in 1982) under Brata Bhakti Police Foundation East Java Region to present days, UBHARA has gradually achieved its distinctive and widely recognized position among the best universities in Indonesia. During the past years, UBHARAs’ affiliates distinguished the ongoing globalization movements in all aspects of life, thus; the internationalization of UBHARAs’ mission remains an inevitable effort to impede.
